Convert MOD Files to MP4

Here’s a free way to convert your .MOD files to the .MP4 format for free.

  1. Download ffmpegX
  2. Download all of the required files for ffmpegX. ffmpegX will provide links to the necessary files.
  3. Put Files (3 total) into a folder.
  4. Select location of the files in the ffmpegX window.
  5. Drag and drop .MOD file into ffmpegX.
  6. Select desired output video format. In this case, select .MP4.
  7. Click “Encode”.
  8. The new .MP4 video file will be created where the original .MOD file was located.
